In accordance with Italian legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”), you can request to return one or more items within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products purchased from Èri Six.

In order to have your refund accepted, the products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials so as not to get the items damaged during the shipping.

Èri Six reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Once Èri Six has received the returned products and checked all requirements have been met, Èri Six will process the refund within fourteen (14) days from the date it was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Neither the return nor the refund are available for orders with promotional coupons that involve free gifts. In this case, you shall be entitled to exchange your product for a different size or colour of the SAME MODEL. Exchanges are subject to product availability at our warehouse. You may only submit a single replacement request for each product purchased. You may submit a replacement request following the return procedure: you will indicate your replacement options through email. If all the above conditions are correctly fulfilled, once you have sent your email containing your request for goods replacement, Èri Six will process said request by sending you a relevant confirmation email. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The costs for shipping the replacement products shall be borne by Èri Six.
